The second block of parishes in the One Faith, One Hope, One Love endeavor surpassed its goal by the end of last week, reaching a total of more than $24 million!

All told, the efforts of everyone involved with the campaign have raised more than $108 million in pledged gifts toward the overall goal of $130 million. The campaign is being conducted in phases, or “blocks,” to make it more manageable.

In addition, three more parishes have surpassed their local goals. Two are in the St. Henry Cluster (north of Dayton) under the pastorship of Father Thomas Hemm. St. Bernard parish has so far raised 108% of its target. St. Henry parish has exceeded 141% of its goal.

The other was St. Augustine in Minster (Father Richard Nieberding, pastor), which has raised 117% of its goal. Parishes are rebated 20% of the total raised locally, increasing to 60% of all funds over their goal.
